O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the rejection order dated 10.03.2025, issued by the first respondent, refusing the grant of licence and consequently, for a direction to the first respondent to grant permission to the petitioner to establish a fireworks factory in his land situated in S.Nos.76/1 and 92 of Thammanaickenpatti Village, Virudhunagar District.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, submitted that the petitioner has an adequate and effective alternate remedy under Rule 121 of the Explosives Rules , 2008.
The learned Special Government Pleader further submitted that any person aggrieved by an order refusing to grant or renew a license has the right to file an appeal before the appellate authority.
