ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 pay the service and other terminal benefits in respect of the petitioner's deceased husband to the petitioner and to the petitioner's mother in law and also to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to pay monthly family pension to the petitioner.
2. Heard Mr.V.Ajayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Subramanian, learned Standing Counsel TANGEDCO appearing for the respondents.
3. The facts of case in brief are as follows:
The petitioner is the wife of deceased Purushothaman who was working as Assessor Gr.II in the respondents electricity board. He died on 16.06.2016 while he was in service and thereafter his terminal benefits have not been disbursed to his legal heirs. Aggrieved over that the petitioner who is the wife of the deceased Purushothaman has filed this writ petition seeking directions.
4. It is learnt from the submission of both sides learned counsels that the mother of the deceased Purushothaman has filed a civil case in OS.No.216/2016 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Cuddalore for seeking declaration that herself and this petitioner are th
