The learned counsel for the first defendant submitted that he has

filed vakalat for D2 as well.

2. When the matter is taken up today, it is submitted by the learned

counsels for both sides that it would be appropriate if the movie is

viewed by the Court in the form in which it has been released in Theatre

and in the form in which it has been released in OTT after effecting the

required changes.

3. In this regard, the learned counsel for the first defendant

submitted that an arrangement has been made for viewing the movie at

Four Frames Preview Theatre, Nungambakkam near Valluvar Kottam at

11.00 a.m. tomorrow.

4. In view of the above submissions, it is proposed to view the

movie in both forms at Four Frames Preview Theatre, Nungambakkam

near Valluvar Kottam at 11.00 a.m. on 23.09.2023.

5. The learned counsel for the plaintiff has also taken notice of the

today's submissions of the learned counsel for the first defendant and

assured that the plaintiff or plaintiff's counsel shall also be present for

viewing the movie on 23.09.2023 at 11.00 a.m. at Four Frames Preview
