The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence

under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B, 201 and 411 of IPC & under

Sections 66, 66C, 66D, 71 of IT Act in crime No. 166 of 2020 on the file of

the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the license amount was

not refunded to the defacto complainant by the trading companies.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the

petitioner was implicated for the offences under Sections 419, 420, 467,

468, 471, 120B, 201 and 411 of IPC & under Sections 66, 66C, 66D, 71 of

IT Act, on the file of the The Assistant Commissioner of Police, IFSO,

Special Cell, IFSO Building, Sector – 16C, Dwarka, New Delhi. Further, he

contended that the petitioner is innocent person no way connected with this

case. Hence, he prayed for interstate anticipatory bail.
