ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for the review of the order made in W.P.No.22235 of 2018, dated 18.12.2019, insofar as it relates to writ petitioners 5, 8 and 10.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 26.08.2021, this court passed the following order:

"This Court heard the arguments of the learned Government Counsel and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent in review petition. The Review petition confines itself to three of the writ petitioners viz., Mr.V.Sundar, Mrs.S.Nesamalar and Mr.M.Karthikeyan. Insofar as the other seven writ petitioners are concerned, the order passed by this Court has been complied with.

2.A careful reading of the grounds that have been raised in the review petition shows that certain new facts are sought to be brought to the attention of this Court. This Court must bear in mind that these facts were not taken into consideration when the panel was drawn in the year 2015, these facts were not stated in the counter affidavit that was filed in the writ petition and these facts were also not argued when this writ petition was taken up for hearing.
