The relief sought for in the present Writ Petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 7 to remove the encroachments made by the respondents 8 to 14 and some other persons in National Highways of Madurai to Mandapam (NH-87) Road in Survey No.48, Sempirayanenthal Village, Mazhavarayanenthal Revenue

Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District.

2.The petitioner's grievance is that his representation, seeking removal of the encroachment made by the respondents 8 to 14 has not been considered so far.

Hence, the petitioner is constrained to move the present Writ Petition.

3.The issue regarding the removal of encroachment has been decided by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.24679 of 2023, dated 12.10.2023 and the relevant paragraphs are extracted hereunder:-
