O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to refer the petitioner's appeal seeking for enhancement of compensation to the Civil Court against Award No.7 of 2011 dated 30.08.2011, passed by the second respondent.
2. Heard Mr.N.Ponraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of respondents.
3. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was acquired under the Tamil Nadu High Ways Act, 2001 for formation of bypass road to Dharapuram Town. During enquiry, the mother of the petitioner expressed consent for compensation, but objected regarding the quantum of compensation fixed. Thereafter, the second respondent passed the Award dated 30.08.2011 by fixing a sum of Rs.6,45,435/-. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropri
