This Criminal Appeal is preferred by the appellant assailing the

'Judgment dated January 09^th, 2020' [henceforth 'impugned Judgment' for

the sake of brevity] passed by the 'I Additional District and Sessions

Court, Thoothukudi' [henceforth 'T
