COMMON ORDER
These writ petitions are filed for directions to the respondents to consider the representations dated 30.08.2023 and 12.06.2024 respectively and to conduct the survey in the petitioners' properties situated at S.No.13/15B and 13/15A respectively in Pallikaranai Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District and to fix the boundary stones in accordance with the Tamilnadu Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923.
2. The petitioners submitted representations on 30.08.2023 and
12.06.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioners' properties, which are pending without consideration. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents in both the cases and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, these writ petitions are taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
