ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed, seeking a direction to the 4th respondent to forthwith release the gold jewels pertaining to the six gold loan accounts viz., (1) 212141215 (2) 212141237 (3) 212141282 (4) 212141293 (5) 212141306 and (6)212141943 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 23.04.2024 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

2.It is the case of the petitioner that she has availed loan from the respondent Bank by pledging her jewels in the name of her husband. His husband died in the year 2006. Thereafter, the petitioner has paid the entire amount, however, the jewels have not been returned to the petitioner. Therefore, she made a representation dated 23.04.2024 to the respondents.

Since the same has not been considered so far, she has filed this Writ Petition.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 would submit that if the petitioner produces No Objection Certificate from other legal heirs and also executes an indemnity bond for the deceased legal heir, the jewels will be released to the petitioner.
