PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to

issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the

impugned Gazette Notification in S.O.1670 (E) dated 29.04.2019 published in the

Gazette of India Extraordinary No.1485, Part II Sec.3 Sub Sec.II, dated

01.05.2019 issued by the first respondent under Sec.3 D (1) of the National

Highways Act, 1956, quash the same and consequently directing the respondents

to proceed with the alternative, convenient and less expensive straight line as
