ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the refusal check slip dated 29.10.2021 issued by the respondent refusing registration of the Sale deed executed by the petitioners 1 and 2 jointly in favour of the third petitioner, on the ground that the petitioners have not produced the original parent documents. The parent documents are the registered sale deed in favour of the petitioners 1 and 2, dated 15.04.2013 registered as Document No.1615 of 2013 and sale deed in favour of the 2nd petitioner, dated 02.08.2013, registered as document No.3280/2013. The petitioners have produced the certified copies of the said parent documents at the time of registration to the respondent. But under the impugned refusal check slip, the respondent has refused registration on the ground that the petitioners have not produced the original parent documents dated

15.04.2013 and 02.08.2013.
