With consent on either side, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.
2. The present Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 5th respondent to dispose of the petitioner's revision petition dated 08.01.2021 against the order passed by the 6th respondent in Enquiry report No.Na.Ka.No.56/2020-AA1 dated 04.01.2021.
3. The case of the petitioner is that originally the land to an extent of
2 Acres and 7 cents comprised in S.Nos.393/5 and 392/5 of Chinakalrayanmalai North village was inherited by one K.S.Kajamohideen by way of Doc.No.40 of 1967 executed before the Sub-registrar Office, Pethanaickenpalayam, based on the order passed by the settlement officer in L.R.No.35 & 36. Subsequently, the subject property was transferred to Kailasagounder and Athayiammal and thereafter, the same was purchased by the petitioner and her husband. Further, the patta of the above said pieces of land were transferred from the above said persons to the name of the petitioner as well as to the husband of the petitioner by Headquarters Deputy Tahsildar of Pethanaikenpalayam Taluk Of
