ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider her representation dated 23.11.2022 and to update the patta in the e-portal as regards her land comprised in Nos.810/6D2, 810/6B and 810 of 6C situated at Korattur Village, Ambattur Taluk.

2. According to the petitioner, the above said land belongs to her under sale deed dated 20.09.2001. After purchase by the petitioner, the mutation of revenue records had taken place and patta was issued in her name in Patta No.7508 by Deputy Tahsildar, Madhavaram Taluk on 24.09.2004, vide Proceedings No.TK.8A/1187/1414.

It is further stated by the petitioner that in the e-portal of Tamil Nadu Government pertains to E-Taluk services, the details of the revenue records with regard to the petitioner's property has not been properly updated. The petitioner enquired the revenue officials and she was informed that the petitioner's land falls under the category of “water body”. Therefore, the petitioner submitted instant representation dated 23.11.2022 requesting the respondent to correct the entry in e-portal and restore the name of the petitioner in the revenue records in e-portal, the same has not been considered.
