PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to

issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the order

dated 30.04.2014 of the Respondent in respect of Insurance claim

No.520000/11/2014/000005/IAR under Policy No.520000/11/2013/101 for

Spontaneous Combustion to Coal Stocks in Unit II and quash the same and

consequently direct the Respondent to settle the insurance claim as estimated by the

petitioner.
