Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st to 4th respondents to remove the encroachment in Survey No.107/4-128.44 Ares a Pattai Poramboke in Melsiruvalur Koot Road Village, Sankarapuram Taluk, Kallakurichi District, as agreed by the 3rd respondent vide letter dated Ku.No.1874/2023/A3 dated 31.08.2023 based on the petitioner's application dated 25.7.2023.

We have heard Mr.D.Murugan, learned counsel for the petitioner; and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for respondents 1 to 4.

2. Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, submits that the representation of the petitioner is received. The authority would conduct a survey/inspection within three months and depending upon the report of survey/inspection, further steps in accordance with law would be undertaken immediately.

In the light of that, no further orders are required to be passed. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
