The civil revision petition has been filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Kallakurichi to number the suit filed in unnumbered O.S.SR.No.7207 of 2023.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a plaintiff filed a suit against the respondents/defendants with the following prayer:

The said plaint was assigned in O.S.SR.No.7207 of 2023 but not numbered and the plaint was repeatedly returned by the learned trial Judge with the following endorsements:

3.I have considered the matter in the light of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.Considering the plaint allegation and returned the same repeatedly, the learned trial Judge is hereby directed to pass order on merits after hearing the learned counsel for the plaintiff within a month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and to return the original documents to the plaintiff.

5.In the result, the civil revision petition is disposed of. No costs.
