ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2.The petitioner claims to have purchased the petition mentioned vehicle in an online public auction conducted by the second respondent. However, the petitioner is unable to secure name transfer. This is because the third respondent herein had lodged his objections and the vehicle appears to have been blacklisted. The first respondent is the competent authority. The first respondent will issue notice to the petitioner as well as the third respondent and pass order on the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2024. An order on merits shall be passed by the first respondent within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.

3.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
