O R D E R

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the Contemnor / 2nd respondent herein for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.4870 of 2023, dated 25.04.2023.

2. The respondent's representative viz., Sub Inspector of Police present before this Court and submitted that Mr.Jothimurugan, the respondent herein has been transferred and the charge was taken over by some other officer and they are waiting for the report of Thasildar. He would further submit that after receiving the report of the Thasildar, the investigation will be concluded and he has filed a status report before this Court.
