ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the first and second respondents to permit the petitioners/students to write their X standard Public examination in CBSE Board syllabus by allocating a registration number and issuing an Hall tickets for the public examination commencing from 05.03.2019.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for further adjudication.

3. In view of the submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
