ORDER

The petitioner who is having a property dispute with the third respondent has given a complaint on 15.02.2024 alleging that her peaceful possession is disturbed in respect of the property in which the petitioner and the third respondent have right through their husbands.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police states that based on the complaint, both the parties were called and enquired, having found that it is purely a civil dispute. They have been instructed the parties to work out their remedy through Civil Court. Accordingly, the parties are given undertaking that they will measure the land and divide the property amicably. If no amicable solution is arrived, they will approach the Court for remedy. Now, it is stated that one of the party has already filed a Civil Suit before the City Civil Court and the same is pending.

3. In the light of the above fact, there is no reason to entertain the petition seeking police protection for a property which is already in dispute and and seized of by the competent Civil Court, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
