J U D G M E N T
The Appellant is the sole Accused in S.C.No.135 of 2019 dated
25.03.2021 on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram (Mahila Court), Coimbatore. The Appellant/Accused stood charged and convicted for the offences under Sections 376(2) (l), 376(2) (j)
and 506(I) IPC .
2. The Trial Court, vide impugned judgment in S.C.No.135 of 2019 dated 25.03.2021, has convicted the Sole Appellant/Accused as follows:-
