The order dated 24.11.2023, passed in W.M.P.(MD) No.13124 of

2022, in W.P.(MD) No.17975 of 2022 is sought to be reviewed in the present review petition.

2. Perusal of the order sought to be reviewed would reveal that we have kept the issues open for the consideration of the competent authorities. To establish the title, the review petitioner has to approach the competent Civil Court of law. The grounds raised on merits deserves no further adjudication in the present review petition. Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

3.With this observation, the review petition stands dismissed.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
