After some arguments, Mr.T.P.Prabakaran, learned counsel on record for writ petitioner sought leave of this Court to withdraw the captioned 'Writ Petition' {hereinafter 'WP' for the sake of brevity} and captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petition' {hereinafter 'WMP' for the sake of brevity} thereat but made a plea to preserve rights of writ petitioner to prefer a review qua an order dated 13.09.2023 made in W.P.No.26446 of

2023 where writ petitioner is R7.

2. Learned counsel has made endorsements in the case file and scanned reproduction of the same are as follows:
