ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to take departmental action against the 4th respondent for his dereliction of duty and misbehaviour and harassement done to the petitioner by considering his complaint / representation dated 22.06.2023, 20.02.2024, 20.04.2024 sent to the respondents 1 to 3.

2. The petitioner is a practicing advocate and has sent a complaint against the 4^th respondent relating to the non-registering of a document showing the attachment entry. It is the contention of the petitioner that even if there is an attachment, the 4^th respondent has no power to refuse the document. In any event, when the petitioner also produced the order of raising the attachment even then registration was refused and he was ill-treated.

Therefore, the petitioner has sent a detail complaint in this regard.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents submitted that the complaint would be looked into in the manner known to law and accordingly action will be taken by the third respondent.

4. As far as taking departmental action is concerned, it is within the domain of the respondent authority and the complainant whoever sent a complaint does not have concomitant right to enforce the complaint or insist upon. However, recording the above submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.

Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
