The appellant has come forward with this intra-court appeal, aggrieved by the order dated 29.11.2023 passed by the learned Judge, dismissing Writ Petition No. 30781 of 2023 filed by her.
2. The appellant has filed the aforesaid Writ Petition No. 30781 of 2023 praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the first respondent in G.O. Ms. No.244, Higher Education (K2) Department dated 07.11.2022 insofar as it relates to item No.29 stating that B.Sc. Science (Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science) awarded by Sri Venkateswara University is not equivalent to B.
