By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2023.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and perused the materials available on record.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given representation before the first respondent to mutate the revenue records stands in the name of one Kandasamy to the petitioner's name based on the registered Settlement Deed vide Document No.3351 of 2023 on the file of the Sub-Registrar, Mallasamuthiram. However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 11.01.2023 and pass appropriate orders on the same to change the patta in the name of the petitioner, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
