JUDGMENT
This appeal has been filed against the judgment and decree, dated
09.02.2021, passed in A.S.No.28 of 2017 on the file of the Sub Court, Thuraiyur, reversing the Judgment and Decree, dated 19.07.2017, passed in O.S.No.65 of 2002 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Thuraiyur.
2.The brief averments of the plaint are as follows:
The suit property originally belongs to the plaintiff's father Govindasamy Naidu. He purchased the same on 24.06.1950. The other portion was purchased on 26.11.1959. He executed a registered Will in favour of his wife Pochammal on 27.08.1953 in respect of the properties covered in both the sale deeds. He died some 22 years back leaving behind Poochammal. The Will came into effect. Poochammal became the absolute owner of the property. She died leaving behind the plaintiff some 16 years back.
