This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation, dated 02.01.2023 within time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted in current paper and the same was ordered to be closed on

15.07.2023.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
