They would request this Court to dispose of the O.P. by recording the Memorandam of Compromise, Memorandam of Understanding and the plan annexed to the Memorandam of Understanding.

For better appreciation, the said Memorandam of Compromise, Memorandam of Understanding and the plan annexed is extracted hereunder:-
