ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conclude the investigation by considering the writ petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the writ petitioner, CSR No. 592 of 2024 came to be registered and the same was ordered to be closed on 12.09.2024.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. The writ petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
