ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the respondents to appropriate action on the basis of the writ petitioner's representation dated 03.08.2024.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the respondents have not received any complaint from the writ petitioner so far.

4. Recording the same, the writ petitioner is directed to give a representation to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the writ petitioner as well as to the respondent(s) in the writ petitioner's complaint and conduct enquiry and pass orders within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of the representation.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of.
