2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that the petitioner was already added as victim and the statement under Section

161(3) of Cr.P.C, came to be recorded from him.

3. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
