The Writ of Habeas Corpus Petition has been instituted to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the petitioner’s minor daughter namely Janani Priya aged about seventeen years.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the minor girl was secured by the respondent Police and she was not willing to join with her parents. Therefore, the Police authorities permitted her to stay in a Home at Namakkal. The detenue is staying there. The case under POCSO has already been registered and the petitioner is at liberty to meet the detenue at Home by seeking necessary permission from the authorities.

3.Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is disposed of.
