ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to conduct preliminary enquiry on the writ petitioner's complaint dated 18.09.2024 and take further action.

2. Mr.E.Antony Sahaya Prabahar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor takes notice for the respondents. By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that there existed money transaction dispute between the writ petitioner and the respondent(s) shown in the writ petitioner's complaint and that the writ petitioner has given a complaint before the first respondent and the same was forwarded to North Police Station, Dindigul and after conducting enquiry in current paper, the same was ordered to be closed. He would further submit that as of now, there is no complaint or petition pending before the second respondent.

4. Recording the same, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
