ORDER

It is brought to the notice of this Court that the first respondent, by order dated 02.12.2014, held the petitioner to be guilty of 21 charges.

2. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner cannot be permitted to hold the post of poojari ship. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. It is however, open to the petitioner to once again approach the Court in the event of him being absolutely absolved of the charges. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
