ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorari calling for the records of the 1st Respondent herein bearing proceedings No.E3/Misc/45/2009, dated 21.02.2020 and quash the same.

2.Heard Mr.S.Arunkumar, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for Respondents.

3.Mr.T.Arunkumar, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the suspension of the Petitioner has been revoked and he has been reinstated into service. However, disciplinary proceedings has been initiated and the same is pending.

4.Since this Writ Petition was filed to quash the proceedings with regard to suspension order dated 21.02.2020 and now the suspension has been revoked and the Petitioner has been reinstated into service, nothing remains in this Petition for adjudication. Since the disciplinary proceedings has already been initiated, it is open to the Petitioner to participate in the disciplinary proceedings and defend his stand.

5.With the above observation, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
