ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused to quash the FIR registered against him in Crime No.384 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police for the offence under Section 229A IPC.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet was also filed on 19.12.2024 before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chidambaram.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.

4. The petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
