JUDGMENT

The above Second Appeal arises against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Tiruchengode, confirming the Judgment and Decree dated 27.04.2017 in O.S.No.279 of 2008 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Tiruchengode.

2.The parties are described in the same array as in the Original Suit.

3.The appellant is the plaintiff. The suit was filed for permanent injunction against the defendants 1 to 5 and their supporters, restraining them from in anyway interfering or disturbing the peaceful possession and enjoyment of the suit property by the plaintiff and removing the name of the plaintiff in revenue records pertaining to the suit properties.

4.According to the plaintiff, the suit properties are agricultural lands, 8 thatched houses, 7 tiled houses and one terraced house. The plaintiff is residing in one house and paying the House Tax to the building and Electricity Consumption Charges. The revenue records also stand in the name of the plaintiff. The father of the 1^st defendant, namely, Ponnusamy and four others have claimed a novel right upon the suit properties and tried to disturb the possession and enjo
