COMMON ORDER
Writ Petition (MD)No.10875 of 2017 is filed to issue writ of certiorari relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondents in C.E.P.No.1/2016, dated 12.05.2016, where as Writ Petition (MD).No. 13735 of 2017 is filed to issue writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in PR 62/H1/2015 under Rule 3(b) dated 15.02.2016 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and in consequence thereby direct the 3rd respondent to reinstate the petitioner with back wages.
2. Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, the order of attachment of the properties belonging to the the petitioner in both the writ petitions have been the main subject to the proceedings that have been initiated against the employee and one Purushothaman who is the brother to the petitioner and surcharge proceedings were initiated by the respondents by notice dated 26.02.2018.
3. It is brought on record that the persons against whom the surcharge proceedings were initiated had approached this Court in WP(MD).No.15065 of 2018 and this Court vide order dated 12.07.2018 had granted an interim stay to further proceedings.
4. Hence, I am of the view that the present writ petitions would have to be tagged along with WP(MD).Nos.13176 & 13643 of 2018. Therefore, Registry is directed to get necessary order from the Hon'ble Administrative Judge for tagging these Writ Petitions.
