ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to modify the fair and decretal order dated 04.11.2024 passed in IA No.5 of 2022 in OP No. 3025 of 2020 on the file of the IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court at Chennai by reducing the maintenance amount from Rs.70 000/- per month to Rs. 30,000/- per month. 2.The respondent was present before this Court and on consent the order dated 04.11.2024 passed by the learned IV Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai, is modified, wherein the maintenance for the minor child which is reduced from Rs.70,000/- per month to Rs.65,000/- per month. It is also suggested that the parties work out the settlement whereby the husband would give a lump sum settlement to the wife and child and the matrimonial dispute will be resolved between the parties. Both counsels will agree to work on the same. If the settlement works through the party shall file an application for divorce by mutual consent and six months period can be dispensed with by the Family Court. In case, the settlement does not work out then the Family Court shall endeavor to dispose of the O.P.No.3025 of 2020 within a period of five months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

3.The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of on the above lines. No costs.
