ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the impugned order passed by the District Educational Officer, Namakkal in O.Mu.No.1703/Aa2/2023 dated .05.2023 and for a direction to the respondents to re-fix the petitioner's scale of pay on par with his junior with effect from the date of difference and pay all consequential and other monetary benefits.
2. The petitioner is working as a B.T. Teacher in Reddipatti Bharathi Higher Secondary School, Namakkal. He was directly appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher through a list from employment exchange on 01.11.2000 and promoted as B.T. Teacher (English) on 15.07.2009.
His junior one Vasantha was appointed as Secondary Grade Teacher on 17.02.2002 and promoted as B.T. Teacher (Tamil) on 09.12.2014. She was appointed and got promotion subsequent to the
