O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.496 of 2022 on the file of the first respondent, registered for the offences under Section 420 of IPC .
2. As the entire investigation in Crime No.496 of 2022 has been transferred to the District Crime Branch, Ranipet, it has been suo motu impleaded as the third respondent by order dated 16.08.2023.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the second respondent/de-
facto complainant is running leather tanneries business at the above address and the petitioners are doing leather business in the name and styled of M/s. WIN Hide (P) Ltd., at Ranipet. The petitioners had approached the de-facto complainant company to supply leather materials to them. As agreed, the de- facto complainant has also started doing business transactions with the petitioners from the year 2009 to 2022. The petitioners had changed the company to a private limited company and continued to have business transactions with the de-facto complainant company. However, there was an overdue of sum of Rs.4,07,83,348/- to the de-facto complainant company by the petitioners. Further, the petitioners had suggested to supply leather materials
