The writ petition has been seeking direction to the Respondents to award three marks for the Petitioner in respect of Tamil Subject based on the proof produced from standard Textbooks and consequently to direct the Respondents to select and appoint the Petitioner to the post of P.G.Assistant (Tamil) under M.B.C Category, based on merits in the selection.
