O R D E R

The Criminal Revision Case is directed against the Judgment of conviction passed in C.A.No.77 of 2022, dated 11.09.2024 on the file of the II Additional District and Sessions Judge, Trichy District, confirming the judgment made in C.C.No.33 of 2016, dated 18.07.2022 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.04.2025, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent that the matter was settled between the parties at Lok Adalat, this Court has directed the petitioner to deposit 5% of the agreed amount before the High Court Legal Service Authority of this Bench.

3. Today ( 21.04.2025), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo along with receipt to show that 5% of the agreed amount (Rs.8,500/-) was deposited before the High Court Legal Services Committee, in pursuance of the directions of this Court.

The said memo is recorded.

4.It is evident from the records that the matter was referred to Lok Adalat, wherein both the parties have entered into settlement and on that basis an award came to be passed on 08.03.2025.
