ORDER
The petitioner has filed this contempt petition to punish the respondents for willful violation and disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.501 of 2024, dated 10.01.2024.
2. The said order was duly communicated to the respondents 1 to 3. Despite the knowledge of the order of this Court, the respondents failed to take any positive action towards the petitioner's representation dated 17.08.2023, nor conducted any enquiry after giving notice to the interested parties in accordance with law, as directed by this Court. Therefore, the petitioner issued contempt notice dated 03.08.2024 to the respondents herein and inspite of receiving the said notice, the respondents failed to give effect to the above order.
