ORDER

The petitioner seeks for the following relief :

''Writ of mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take appropriate action against the 5th respondent in Plot No.44, 45, S.S.Nagar, Viralipatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District, and consider the petitioner's representation, dated 24.02.2025.''

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a resident of S.S.Nagar of Viralipatti Village, Nilakottai Taluk, Dindigul District. He alleges that the fifth respondent has constructed a church under the name and style '' The Word of Jesus Ministry''. In pursuance of his object, he opened a church titled ''Vallamai Koodaram (Miracle House)''. He is also running another hall under the name and style ''Sugamalikum Agni Abiseka Koodam''. In pursuance of this construction, the petitioner alleges that the fifth respondent is using loudspeakers and creating nuisance to the other residents of the village, throughout day and night. This, according to the petitioner, the fifth respondent is creating a communal discord in the village.
