O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed for a writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for the record relating to the impugned order dated 13.05.2025 of the second respondent and quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct the cultural program scheduled to be held on 01.06.2025 at about 06:00 PM to 10:30 PM in Arulmigu Uthukattu Mariyamman Temple situated at Visur Village, Panrutti Taluk, Cuddalore District.
2. The petitioner averred that he is the President of Festival Committee of Arulmigu Uthukattu Mariyamman Temple at Visur Village.
