Respondent PRAYER : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397(1) r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in order dated 27.08.2021 passed in R.No.74 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and set aside the same by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.
