Respondent PRAYER : This Criminal Revision has been filed under Section 397(1) r/w 401 of Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records in order dated 27.08.2021 passed in R.No.74 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Alangudi and set aside the same by allowing this Criminal Revision Petition.

O R D E R

This Criminal Revision Petition is directed against the order passed in R.No.74 of 2019 dated 27.08.2021 dismissing the protest petition for default.

2.The revision petitioner is the defacto complainant and on the basis of the complaint lodged by him, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.145 of 2016 against three persons for the offences alleged under Sections 294(b), 323, 420 and 506(1) IPC.

3.The respondent police, after completing t
