Aggrieved by an order dismissing the petition seeking appointment of Advocate Commissioner to note down the physical features of the building located in the suit property, the plaintiffs/petitioners have come up with this revision.

2. The petitioners have filed a suit for bare injunction against the respondents in O.S.No.352 of 2014 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Cuddalore. The petitioners sought for an injunction restraining the respondent from demolishing any portion of the building in the suit property by a decree of permanent injunction.
